150 funded places for delegates who would not otherwise attend
SEGC exists to put researchers and practitioners from every region in the same room. Our scholarship fund removes cost as the reason a voice is missing from the programme.
What is covered
Support tailored to how far you are travelling
Applications close 30 September 2026. Decisions are communicated by 21 November 2026, in time for visa processing.
Full registration waiver
All 150 awards cover the complete five-day delegate pass, meals and the gala dinner.
Travel grants
60 awards add a travel grant of up to USD 1,600 for intercontinental delegates.
Accommodation support
40 awards include four nights at the conference hotel, arranged by the secretariat.
