Every pass covers the full five-day programme. Registration is confirmed by the secretariat within three working days; payment instructions and an official invitation letter for visa support are sent with your confirmation.

Applications from Ghana in Africa are now open
We are currently accepting applications from Africa, but only from Ghana. Delegates from any country in Europe or the Americas are welcome to apply as well. All applications are reviewed by the secretariat before confirmation.

150 scholarships cover registration, and in some cases travel and accommodation, for students, early-career researchers and Global South delegates.
